Jeddah Prep and Grammar School
Founded in 1967
A Term to Remember!
This relatively long and exciting
first term has reached its very
positive conclusion. I was
exceptionally proud to have
pupils and staff represent the
school at a number of
Remembrance Day
commemorations marking the
100 years since the end of World
War 1. These were held at the
school, the non-Muslim cemetery,
Ecole Française Internationale de
Djeddah and the British
Consulate. Pupils and staff were a
real tribute to the school and the
events.
We were also very honoured to
receive many notable distinctions
at the Cambridge Assessments
Outstanding Learners Awards
Ceremony held at the British
Consulate. Nine students were
presented with prestigious
awards for world-class
performance in IGCSE, AS and A
Level examinations. Well done to
all recipients and, of course, to
the teachers behind the scenes
who worked hard to support and
guide our young people.
