SURVEYS NOT WORKING?







                                                                                 In the past few weeks,
                                                                                 we've noticed a lot of

                                                                                 members reporting to us
                                                                                 that surveys in their
                                                                                 Survey Centre don't work
                                                                                 or are constantly

                                                                                 unavailable. Please be
                                                                                 aware that in most cases,
                                                                                 there are no issues with
                                                                                 your account or the

                                                                                 surveys. The reason this
                                                                                 occurs is because you
                                                                                 have probably already
                                                                                 attempted or completed

                                                                                 the same survey, and
                                                                                 therefore cannot re-enter
                                                                                 it.












          Please note that we employ technologies to detect whether a survey has been
          attempted through other survey panels or sources. If the survey has already been
          attempted, even through sources that are not related to Toluna, you would not be

          able to enter it again. These systems are in place to preserve the integrity of the
          survey responses and data that is being collected for our clients' studies.


          Normally if you have been excluded from participation, you would not receive the

          survey invitation. However we cannot fully screen for survey qualification through
          the Survey Centre on the site, so sometimes you may see surveys on the site that you
          are not eligible for. In these cases you would get a message that says the survey is
          unavailable. We know this can be frustrating, but we ask that you simply ignore the

          surveys that return this message. Once the surveys have closed, they will be
          removed from your survey centre.
