                                          and versatile women’s fashion.

                                          Over the past 12 months the
                                          brand has undergone a refresh
                                          – a more refined and consistent
                                          approach to product design,
                                          assortment planning and an
                                          elevated brand look and feel.
                                          This has extended across creative
                                          direction, campaign imagery and
                                          in store execution with an overall
                                          objective of bringing warmth,
                                          emotion and relevance back to the
                                          brand in an aspirational way.

We have also recognised the role
of building our women’s fashion
confidence through simple solutions
that fit their every day. Complete
outfit solutions are executed using
quality fabrics, detailed finishes and
vibrant exclusive prints to deliver fit,
comfort and value for money.

Our store network has remained
steady at 150 stores. Multi-channel
customers have grown to 1.9% of the
active base and our online business
has grown 41% year on year, with
click & collect now representing 33%
of online sales.
