SOMETIMES,
THERE IS NO HAPPY ENDING…
Scarlet , a Boxer x 9 years of age, recently came into
Doggie Rescue’s care from a pound. She is the most
beautiful, gentle loving girl who has suffered from years of
neglect. As her large, trusting eyes pleaded with us we
thought to give this sweet girl a second chance to find a
wonderful home where she would live the life she deserved.
Scarlet has been living with many medical issues that were
never treated but it was the mass on her front leg which had us
most worried. The result of the biopsy was the worst possible.
Osteosarcoma. Scarlet has just weeks to live. We are
desperate to find her a palliative home where she can live,
and be loved, for the short time she has left.
