                  ECG Characteristics Rhythm: Regular or irregular, depending on conduction pattern. P waves: Normal; present before every conducted QRS, but two or more consecutive P waves may not be followed by QRS complexes. PR interval: Constant before conduct





                     Rate: Atrial rate <135 beats/min.  abnormally slow in type II advanced blocks.
