100% of respondents rated their overall experience at the Lasting
Legacies: Virtual Life-Planning Conference as 'Very Satisfied.'
100% of respondents said, 'Yes,' they would recommend our
program to their family, friends or colleagues.
100% of respondents rated the event host & volunteer technology staff
with '5 stars' (meaning the best service) in each of the following
categories:
Communicated with you clearly leading up to the event (regarding
registration confirmation, conference schedule, Zoom log-in,
reminders)
Communicated with you in appropriate frequency leading up to
the event (regarding Zoom log-in, reminders)
Timely response to your questions and/or concerns leading up
to the event
100% of respondents said, 'Yes,' they felt the multi-day conference
schedule (in regard to days/times) was good.
Out of a possible 5 stars, ALL speakers & vendors received a rating
of 4-5 stars.
