FASCINATION

Our world is filled with so many awe gaping facts and things. One word that fittingly describes
anything we are intensely attracted to is the word „Fascination‟. Fascination could be about making the reader
get hooked on to a book, a song that makes people listen to it again and again, being fascinated by the wonders
of the space, trains, plants, people, animals and what not.

We are fascinated by the hundreds of things we find around us but do we actually realise that?
Sometimes in our everyday routine rush we don‟t stop to admire or appreciate that others might find really
fascinating. Take babies for instance, they are fascinated by even a small thing which we would have
considered trash!! The whole world is full of so many unknown things which fascinates these babies and
children and they stop to find out all about it which we adults have sadly stopped doing.
It‟s a fascinating fact to note that even a shy person could be passionately interested about something!! True
they don‟t have to say it out aloud to the world but it opens up their minds to be free thinkers and form
opinions of their own on their likes.

So what‟s stopping us?! Let‟s start getting awed, obsessed, intrigued, enchanted and captivated by the
fascinating place we live in and the things in it. Sit down, relax, think and jot down at least 5 things you are
interested in and check out yourself in front of the mirror and I am sure you have a broad smile on your face.
And oh! by the way, don‟t forget to be fascinated by your smile too!!

बाढ़ मंे कु छ दिन

भॊगरवाय ( 2 ददसॊफय,2015 ) इतनी ज़ोय से वषाा ह़ो यही थी इसलरए स्कू र की छु ट्टी घ़ोषषत की गई। ऩूया
ददन ऩानी फयसता यहा। सड़क ऩानी से बयने रगा। भन धकधक कयने रगा कक ऩानी घय के अदॊ य घुसने से
क्मा कयंेगे? यात साढे आठफजे सये े बाई औय फहन, प़ोन ऩय कहने रगा कक टी षव भंे चने ्नै की वषाा के फाये
भें ज़ो ददखा यहे हंै उसे देखने से फहुत डय रगता है। तभु अऩने ऩरयवाय के साथ जल्दी घय से ननकऱो।
बफजरी न ह़ोने के कायण फाहय की स्स्थनत के फाये भंे टी षव से ऩता नहीॊ कय ऩाए। भ़ोभफस्ततमों से काभ
चरामा औय खाना खाकय 10 फजे स़ोने रगे। भये ी सास यात क़ो कु छ न कु छ भाॉगती यहती हंै इसलरए एक
फजे उनकी आवाज सुनकय भंै औय भेये ऩनत उठगए। द़ो फजे जफ भंै शौचारम गई त़ो देखा कक ऩानी थ़ोडा
बया हुआ था। भैं डय गई औय स़ोचने रगी कक ऩानी कै से आमा? कु छ देय फाद कपय से जाकय देखा त़ो ऩानी
धीये-धीये फढ यहा था। इतने भंे भेये ऩनत बी उठकय आए। उन्हेM ऩानी ददखामा त़ो वे तुयॊत स्स्थनत सभझ गए
औय काट क़ो ऊऩय के कभये भंे रे जाकय सास क़ो स़ोने के लरए कहा औय हभ नीचे आए। हभ अऩने घय की
चीजों क़ो फचाने की क़ोलशश भें रग गए।यस़ोईघय के अतमावश्मक साभान क़ो ही हभ ऊऩय रे गए औय
फॉरकनी क़ो यस़ोईघय फना ददए। इस क़ोलशश भें हभ दीवान, किज, कऩड़ा ध़ोने का भशीन औय ऩुस्तकों की
अरभायी क़ो ऩानी बयने के कायण उठा न ऩाए। इतने भें नीचे के साये कभये भंे कभय तक ऩानी बय गमा।
हभें डय ह़ोने रगा कक छ़ोटा फेटा दफ़तय से आनेवारा था उसे ककसी तयह य़ोकना है। हभ फायी फायी से फ़़ोन
कय यहे थे। अचानक फ़़ोन रग गमा तफ तक वह दफ़तय से ननकर चकु ा था। फाहय सड़क ऩय ऩानी नदी की
