Who are Osiris?

Paul Farley

A former Royal Marine Commando holding the rank of Corporal, Paul
has over 18 years’ operational experience in leadership, Management and
team supervision.

Pauls expertise is in surveillance, security, tactics and strategy development
and has involved various situations and countries. Experience as a CPO
team leader saw Paul preparing and delivering briefs, sitreps, ensuring
communication maintenance and logistical planning for his teams.

Pauls people management skills come to the fore not only when he is training foreign
nationals and Royal Marine recruits but also when he is liaising and meeting with clients
from all types of backgrounds.

His training expertise covers Maritime, Weaponry, Crowd control, Explosives, maps and
charts, writing security plans, cold weather and mountain training and Medical matters. Paul
also has experience in managing vessels, ship security audits and liaising with Masters, Port
officials and Port Authorities.

A former Royal Marines Commando holding the rank of Corporal with proven
operational, training and development experience. Bens maritime experience has been
that of Team Leader, In country Manager and a Patrol boat Captain.

Ben was responsible for collecting intelligence, delivering briefings to Captains and crew,
writing and implementing emergency response plans. As Captain his responsibilities
were of vessel maintenance, managing his crew, logistics, planning, maps and charts and
liaising with external agencies.

Ben also has a robust background in surveillance and close protection and creating
detailed response and evacuation plans. Ben’s training expertise was in teaching recruits
all basic training aspects from week 1 to week 32 and as a Royal Marines Sniper course
instructor where he co- wrote the sniper course updated material in 2008 and
significantly contributed to the urban sniper pamphlet.
