The following are the requirements to access the database ACCESSING THE SYSTEM
system:
The system can be accessed using any internet browsing application
throug website address http:// mbcrpp.dilg.gov.ph.
• BROWSER - Must be the latest version
• INTERNET CONNECTION - 1mbps or higher
• COMPUTER OR LAPTOP - Pentium IV or higher

After entering the website address, you will be directed to the Home
page of the system.
