                       Mr. Lobo has been working as a journalist since he was 20
                       years old. His Mania Bulletin column mainly tackles current
                       political  and  economic  issues,  with  focus  on  good
                       governance,  anti-corruption  campaign  and  national
                       development.
                       His poetry, which bloomed in his college days as a campus
                       writer of the UE DAWN, delves on poverty, injustice, war,
                       peace, love and universal understanding.
                       As a University professor, Mr. Lobo teaches at the University
                       of the East (UE).
                       As a person, he advocates universal brotherhood, diplomacy,
                       Godliness,  simple  living  and  environmental  protection.
                       He considers himself as an "amicus humane generis" or a
                       "friend of the human race."
