1-1 Interco
For employees who are commencing employment with Interco ("Interco Trading, Inc." or "the

1-2 Company History
Since 1996, Interco has been a global metals and electronics recycling company headquartered in
Madison, IL. Interco provides metal recycling services to a broad array of industrial, dealer, and
government organizations. Our company specializes in the placement of smelter ready materials
throughout the world through our strong partnerships with end consumers in the United States,
Europe, South America, and Asia. Our team consisting of commercial, logistics, administrative, and
operations departments strives to deliver innovative solutions, competitive pricing, and quality service
throughout the supply chain. Our primary focus is creating and executing efficient solutions for both
our suppliers and customers. Additionally, our Trading Division utilizes Interco’s strong logistics and
international regulatory knowledge base to facilitate the smooth shipment of our clients’ export cargo.
