Discover Britain in Athens
Introduction
Are you ready to embark on a fun, creative and
adventurous summer trip?
Our ‘Discover Britain in Athens’ summer programme at
Byron College will take you on an exciting tour around
the United Kingdom and guide you through the
magnificent landscapes, the rich culture, the food, the
everyday life and the technological contributions that
this amazing place has to offer.
This summer, children at Byron College will become
acquainted with British life in years gone by, travelling
through history and learning about legendary kings
and heroes. They will also learn to love and protect
the world around us through hands-on Environmental
Science time or explore their own scientific talents
during our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics) sessions!
Inspired by different regions of the United Kingdom,
they will discover its hidden secrets and enjoy this full-
immersion summer programme which combines
splashing around the swimming pool and other fun
athletic events with engaging and culturally enriching
activities!
