At SuperSteam, we have friendly customer service officers in our operations control centre at your service. They are
helpful, ready to answer your questions and assist in your orders. Our culture is to always provide service with a smile.
In our operations control centre, we invest heavily in IT systems and automation. In 2014, we overhauled our entire IT
system and invested in the latest PCs and servers. SuperSteam is now running on a SAP ERP system for better order
processing, service monitoring and inventory control. All customer documents (PO, DO, service forms) are also
digitised and readily retrievable.
