Innovated to solve the problem of the existing drying system which
more efficient and maintain the freshness and quality of the products.
The producers previously dried the leaves to produce herbal tea using
drying oven or direct heat from the sunlight. Using Cold Drying System
(CDS) will maintain the natural nourishment of tea and an original color
to optimize production quality of traditional herbal tea production. CDS
technique can be used for the production of all traditional herbal tea
products and also sample for scientific research. It provides greater
drying space for drying tea leaves instead of using the oven at the same
cost.
