March 10, 2018 Immigration Judge Reversed!
Sanjay S. Mathur Mr. C's family came to see Mr. Mathur when he was arrested and placed in removal. Mr. Anamika Sinha
Attorney C's had children who were citizens and on DACA. Mr. C was ineligible to stay based on a Attorney
DWI conviction that imposed a tough sentence. Mr. Mathur filed a Motion for New Trial
and was able to get the criminal plea reversed. The Immigration Judge then denied relief
stating that the Motion for New Trial did not matter. Mr. Mathur and Mr. Zumberg
appealed and had the immigration reversed by the Board of Immigration Appeals,
allowing Mr. C to file his application to stay! Result by Mr. Mathur and Mr. Zumberg.
February 24, 2018 - DACA to Petition to Resident!
Mr. J has been a long time client of Mathur Law Offices. Initially, Mr. J came to the firm for
DACA. Later, Mr. J got married and wanted to legalize. Mr. J's case was converted from
Michael Zumberg a petition through his spouse, a waiver of inadmissibility and consular processing. After Ignatius Inofomoh

February 19, 2018 ICE Hold Lifted Pending DWI 2nd!
Mr. G's family retained Mathur Law Offices after Mr. G was arrested on suspicion of drunk
driving. Mr. Mathur prepared the case. Mr. Zumberg then drafted a request to ICE to lift
the immigration hold, as well as a backup bond application which was submitted to the
Dallas Immigration Court. Mr. Mathur simultaneously contacted the ICE Office of Chief
David S. Rees Counsel and argued that Client should be granted administrative bond. Mr. G was

February 6, 2018 - Immigration Bond Granted Despite Revocation!
Mr. M's family hired Mathur Law Offices after Mr. M's immigration bond was revoked for
alleged violations of the Alternatives To Detention program. The Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) alleged that Mr. M was previously arrested for driving without
a license and theft. DHS further alleged that Mr. M was facing additional charges for
ATM fraud. Mr. Michael Zumberg appeared at 4 separate bond hearings over the course
of 2 months and argued that Mr. M was eligible for bond despite the seriousness of DHS'
Seong Cho claims. Bond was set at $12,500. Result by Mr. Zumberg, Mr. Mathur, and Mrs. Erika

February 2, 2018 - Bail Reduced $490,000.00
IMMIGRATION LAW Mr. Mathur was asked to assist with a criminal case. The criminal defendant was
accused of a serious felony related to a homosexual encounter. Mr. G was the accused.
Mr. G was not a citizen and the bail was set at $500,000.00. On closer inspection of the
facts, Mr. Mathur argued the mitigating circumstances that disproved that there was a
lack of consent and showed that the complainant was untruthful with his accusations.
CRIMINAL LAW Mr. Mathur was able to get the criminal judge to reduce the bail by $490,000.00. Result
by Mr. Mathur.
January 30, 2018 - Released on Expert Advice!
CIVIL LAW Mr. S was stuck in the Denton County Jail with pending sexual felony charges. Mr. S'
lawyer did not know how to get Mr. S released from jail with an ICE hold. Mr. S' family
hired the Mathur team. Mr. Mathur advised Mr. S and his lawyer how to handle the
situation. Shortly after Mr. Mathur's plan was executed, Mr. S was released from criminal
