Sanjay S. Mathur Mr. C's family came to see Mr. Mathur when he was arrested and placed in removal. Mr. Anamika Sinha

alleged violations of the Alternatives To Detention program. The Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) alleged that Mr. M was previously arrested for driving without
a license and theft. DHS further alleged that Mr. M was facing additional charges for
ATM fraud. Mr. Michael Zumberg appeared at 4 separate bond hearings over the course
of 2 months and argued that Mr. M was eligible for bond despite the seriousness of DHS'
Seong Cho claims. Bond was set at $12,500. Result by Mr. Zumberg, Mr. Mathur, and Mrs. Erika

                                                                                                                                          Attorney
                                    February 2, 2018 - Bail Reduced $490,000.00
IMMIGRATION LAW Mr. Mathur was asked to assist with a criminal case. The criminal defendant was
accused of a serious felony related to a homosexual encounter. Mr. G was the accused.
Mr. G was not a citizen and the bail was set at $500,000.00. On closer inspection of the
facts, Mr. Mathur argued the mitigating circumstances that disproved that there was a
lack of consent and showed that the complainant was untruthful with his accusations.
CRIMINAL LAW Mr. Mathur was able to get the criminal judge to reduce the bail by $490,000.00. Result
                                    by Mr. Mathur.
