                                           RECENT WINNERS

                                      May 10, 2018 - Felony DWI Probation - Reinstated!
Sanjay S. Mathur Mr. A hired Mr. Mathur when he was arrested on DWI felony probation revocation. Mr. Anamika Sinha
Attorney Mathur filed a motion for bond and convinced the court to allow Mr.Aout of jail. Mr.Awas Attorney
released. Mr. Mathur specifically instructed the client on all items he needed to complete
to convince the Judge and theADAnot to violate him and put him in prison. After months
of following Mr. Mathur's instructions, the Mathur team was able to convince the Court to
deny the violations, not send Mr. A to prison and reinstate his probation! Result by Mr.
                                      Mathur.

May 9, 2018 - Divorce Settlement - Million Plus Dollar Estate!
Michael Zumberg Mr. N came to the firm for a divorce. His wife had filed for divorce and was claiming Ignatius Inofomoh
Attorney spousal support requirements, disproportionate share and claiming fault in the marriage Attorney
due to adulterous accusations. After months of discovery and preparation, Mr. Mathur
and Mr. Beuerlein fought back on these accusations and argued that the spouse should
not take advantage of her dubious claims. At mediation, Mr. Beuerlein was able to settle
the matter without spousal support and without any disproportionate division. Mr. N
saved a fortune on the settlement. Result by Mr. Mathur and Mr. Beuerlein.

May 2, 2018 Naturalization Waiver Approved!
Mr. H came to our firm when they ran into issues with being unable to naturalize due to a
David S. Rees learning disability. Without knowing the civics portion of naturalization and being
Attorney handicapped to answer questions, naturalization is normally an obstacle. After lengthy Teresa Schultz Sanchez
preparation, Ms. Sinha, under Mr. Mathur's instruction applied for a medical waiver. The Attorney
waiver was approved and Ms. H was able to become a U.S. citizen! Result by Ms. Sinha
                                      and Mr. Mathur.

April 26, 2018 Decade Old Immigration Problem Solved!
Based on Mr. Mathur's reputation, Ms. N retained Mathur Law Offices after being unable
to fix her immigration status for over 10 years. USCIS traumatized Ms. N by issuing her a
green card and later physically seizing it. Ms. N's husband tragically passed away
before the matter could be resolved. After reconciling the case's convoluted decade-
          Seong Cho
plus history of denials, appeals, and applications, Mr. Zumberg quickly moved to
Attorney preserve Ms. N's ability to immigrate. Mr. Zumberg prepared and represented Ms. N at Gilbert De La Garza, Esq.
the interview, resulting in the agency finally granting her lawful permanent residency. Attorney
                                      Result by Mr. Zumberg.
IMMIGRATION LAW April 11, 2018 Plea Withdrawn on Drug Charges!

Mr. C came to visit Mr. Mathur because he was brought here as a child and was unable to
get his immigration approved. Mr. C had learned that his plea to two drug charges would
CRIMINAL LAW render him inadmissible and removable from the United States without any form of relief.
Mr. Mathur examined the record and determine that Mr. C had been poorly represented
by his criminal counsel. Mr. Mathur had a Writ prepared under his supervision and
appeared in Court and argued against the State of Texas on their position that the lawyer
CIVIL LAW was adequate. The Judge agreed with Mr. Mathur and advised that the client had not
been properly represented. The plea was withdrawn and Mr. C is now continuing with the
firm for further representation. Result by Mr. Mathur.
