University’, ‘set up’ is a phrasal verb. ‘Set up’ means ‘to build
                 something’. A phrasal verb is a verb combined with an adverb
                 or a preposition to give a new meaning.

                 When ‘set’ is used with other prepositions/adverbs, it conveys
                 different meanings. Read the following phrasal verbs and their
                 meanings:
