World-renowned Italian artist and designer, Alberto Seveso uses ink mixed with water, shot with high speed
underwater photography, to create a portfolio of stunning underwater images.
Seveso’s artistic passion grew from an early fascination with skateboard deck graphics and CD cover artwork for metal
bands, as he experimented and stretched the boundaries of graphics software. Today he specializes in illustration,
graphic design and photography, producing commercial work for brands, magazines, and album covers.
Seveco has spent recent years experimenting with photography and ink. As the released ink droplets glide through the
water, he captures the image using an ultra fast shutter speed. The colorful and opaque nature of the ink floating in
each image gives it a sensual sculpture-like quality.
