        Quinsam
The Quinsam has been develop with the low-angle paddler in mind. If you prefer to keep your
paddle stroke low and wide, this is likely the style for you. With a surface area nearly identical to the
Kiska, the Quinsam still moves the same amount of water, but transfers the majority of the blade’s
contact area to the tip, giving a more effective transfer of power through those low-angle strokes.

        WERNER PADDLES
         UPDATED Ovation
In honor of the man who started it all, the Werner Sr. Edition Ovation is the culmination of
decades of experience on the water and in the R&D room, working with composite materials and
construction. The feeling on the water is fitting of the name. The design and construction of the
Ovation makes it Werner's best low-angle touring model, however it does come with reduced
strength. Consider your expectations of this model and, if more rugged paddling and the high
potential for rescue situations are in your future, compare this model to the Kalliste.
