The Melisa is a complimentary EW (electronic warfare) high power solution
to a CI (cellular intelligence) or cellular activity monitoring products
It is used to block bands which are not support by certain CI system
The Melisa can be used to block newly added bands for fixed deployments
such as confinement facilities or to mobile solutions such as vehicle mounted
CI system that do not support the new bands
