Marlow Morris
Marlow Morris is a commercial animal with
an interest in all things relating to business
providing a quality service He also has
a passion for social justice and tithing
through the coaching support he offers
young men navigating their way through
the similar hardships he experienced as a
young man. In a previous life he provided
mental health related support to young
people through Youth Offending Services
in London. Now, as the founder of A Few
Good Men, he delivers services in the
Gala
hospitality industries, coaches others new
to business, as well as young people as
part of his legacy plan.
Zita Holbourne
Zita Holbourne is an award-winning trade union
and community activist, human rights campaigner,
visual artist, designer, art curator, poet, spoken
word artist, author and writer. Zita has been an
activist and campaigner for decades as a member
of the Labour Party. She is the Co-founder &
National Chair of Black Activists Rising Against Cuts
(BARAC) UK. She is one of the UK’s most senior
black trade union representatives, is National Vice
President of the Public & Commercial Services
Union and chairs the union’s National Equality
Committee, International Committee and Women’s
Committee. Zita writes for a range of publications,
which include The Guardian, The Morning Star and
The Voice newspapers. Zita has co-founded and
led numerous anti-racist, equality, anti-austerity and
justice initiatives over many years.
Lee Jasper
Lee Jasper delivers high-level, strategic analysis and
environmental scanning in the public and private
sector, in relation to political and socioeconomic
trends globally; this may extend to the creation
of policy solutions, which is his area of expertise.
As a Leadership Mentoring Programme, Master
Practitioner (LMP) (©). He delivers the most
challenging leadership and capacity building
services in existence. Mr Jasper is regularly invited to
comment in the mainstream press, and his blog page
is followed by tens of thousands globally.

David Weaver
David Weaver is a specialist in corporate
mediation, leadership training across all sectors,
recruitment, and organisational policy. Whilst
David has a passion for working with large
organisations to resolve complex challenges,
his real passion remains in the social justice
related work that he drives through leading
organisations like Operation Black Vote and
the British Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy.
Simon Woolley
Simon Woolley is the director and one of
the founders of Operation Black Vote (OBV).
Operation Black Vote (OBV) is a non-partisan
and not-for-profit national organisation that was
established in 1996 to address the British black
and ethnic minority democratic deficit. Focusing
on voter registration, lobbying politicians and
mentoring schemes, OBV aims to inspire black
and minority ethnic communities to engage
with public institutions to address the race
inequalities in areas including education, health
and employment.

Peter Herbert OBE
Peter Herbert OBE is a leading human rights
barrister, who is Chair of the Society of Black
Lawyers (SBL) and has been at the forefront
of many legal campaigns for justice in both
the United Kingdom and internationally. Peter
developed the Race for Justice Campaign
that invited the late Johnnie Cochran to the
UK in 1995, followed a few years later by the
former U.S. Deputy Attorney General to hold
the first US/UK Hate Crime Conference in
1998. Internationally in recent years Peter has
appeared as lead Counsel in two cases in
the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda
(ICTR), and led refugee missions of the SBL
and Association of Muslim Lawyers (AML) to
Sicily, Rome, Calais and Lebanon. This year,
he helped found the BMELawyers4Grenfell to
organise a strategic response to the inaction
of the Government and to hold the public
inquiry to account. In 2002, he was awarded
the prestigious “Spirit of Excellence” award
for his international human rights work by the
American Bar Association.
