2. Read the story.

Jerry the Chimpanzee

Jerry the chimpanzee likes to camp on the mountain. He likes
eating cherries. Last night, he broke his lamp. He could not see
in the dark. In the morning, he went hiking and got a cramp. Jerry
the chimpanzee was very sad. He limped back to the camp to rest.

Soon it started raining and his tent got very damp. He could not
sit or sleep. He had to stand as it rained heavily. When the rain
stopped, he packed his things. He folded his tent and limped home
quietly.
