2. Read the following story.

Our kitchen

This is our kitchen. It is well organised and clean. My mother
mops it every morning. This keeps our kitchen clean every day.

We keep our cups on the shelves.
Our kitchen has two taps and a sink. There is also a long pipe
connected to one of the taps. The pipe goes all the way to
the garden through the window. Sometimes my father uses a
generator to pump water to the garden. The generator pumps a lot
of water at once. Sometimes father pumps water at night. He uses
our two lamps to light up the garden as he pumps. He then joins
us for supper in the dining room.
