Wohnraum war Ende der 1950er Jahre immer
noch ein Mangel. Sowohl in der Stadt als auch Variante / Variant 4
auf dem Land baute man deshalb diese oder
ähnliche Mehrfamilienhäuser. Später wurden sie Mit Balkon, mit Kellereingang
saniert und modernisiert. Dem Bausatz liegen With balcony, with basement entrance
alle Teile zum Variieren bei. Der Fantasie, eine
Neubausiedlung zu gestalten, sind damit keine 14 472
Grenzen gesetzt.

Housing was still scarce in the late 1950s, and
so these multi-family houses or ones like them
were built both in the towns and in the country.
Later they were reconstructed and modernized.
