ONE LEFT MILLIONS TO GRAB…..
Women these days are breaking the stereotypes and leading
the world more confidently and courageously. There is active
participation in all fields by women which shows their strength
and potential.
One of the most admired and talked about persons is Mrs.
Indra Nooyi or Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, the Chief Executive
Officer of PepsiCo, the second largest food and beverage
business in the world. The passion and dedication she has
towards her job is appreciable and exemplary. Born and raised
in Chennai, she completed her MBA from IIM Kolkata in 1974,
and began her career. She was hired by PepsiCo in 1994, and
took a series of strategic roles, before becoming CEO in 2006.
Indian women are held back by a complex mix of social
barriers, including the expectation that they should prioritize
family needs over their careers. Laws have been passed
decades ago to protect and empower women but attitudes
move at a pathetically slow pace towards the better.
We must fight these odds , and emerge as strong, independent
women who have the power to conquer the world. The society
now expects a lot from women, and it is our duty to emerge
beyond their expectations. A firm dream and consistent hard
work can enable anyone to achieve their dream.
By devoting yourself to your work, one can achieve anything.
As a female, It is my dream to create a mark, a niche for myself
just like Indra Nooyi did. She is leaving her chair for millions of
aspiring women who can lead the world, women who have a
clear vision and a strong sense to create a better tomorrow.....
