RAD EUROPE LTD T/A RAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Following terms and conditions (the Conditions) are the terms on which RAD EUROPE LTD T/A RAD (the Company) sells Goods to other
businesses/individuals (the Buyer) to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase
or any other conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order or confirmation of order or any other document.

GENERAL
• Minimum order values of £200.00 GBP net before VAT & postage applies to all sales.
• No returns may be made once payment has been made in full. No exchanges will be made unless the product is damaged or faulty

(please see below with regards to damaged/faulty stock).
PRICE
• The Price shall be the price quoted at the time by the Company for the Goods.
• The Price is exclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate in force on the date of the Company’s invoice.
• The Company reserves the right to change the Price at any point in the future.
TITLE
• Title of Goods passes to the purchaser only upon receipt of full payment by RAD EUROPE LTD. Until this time all Goods remain the

property of RAD EUROPE LTD and we will have the right to repossess or otherwise recover the Goods.
PAYMENT
• All orders will be on a pro forma basis unless credit terms have been agreed. We accept payment by direct bank transfer, Cheque,

Cash or by credit/debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All credit accounts must be paid within 30 days of the
invoice date.
• If payment is not received by the due date then the Buyer will be liable to an additional payment of reasonable liquidated damages.
Interest will accrue both before and after any court judgment on the unpaid portion of the invoice at the rate of eight per cent above
the base rate from time to time of Barclays Bank plc.
• The Buyer’s Partners/Directors agree to be personally liable for any outstanding debts to RAD EUROPE LTD should the Buyer be
unable to pay or cease to trade. In such circumstances the title of goods cannot be transferred to cover debts to any other
person, company or institution.
ACCEPTANCE
• The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods 48 hours after delivery to the Buyer.
• The Buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the Goods within 48 hours of delivery and must inform RAD EUROPE LTD of any
damages incurred in the process of delivery immediately. The Company will require photographic evidence in order to process a
claim with our insurers. Please make sure you do this as your claim will become null and void without it.
• If you purchase goods direct from our warehouse please make sure that you check all goods before you leave our premises otherwise
it will be deemed that breakages were caused by yourself.
• A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns that are not damaged.
• Where the Buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted, the Goods the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which
are not in accordance with the contract.
• Any cancellation of any order by the Buyer must be in writing, and agreed as cancelled also in writing by the Company. In case of any
cancellation, the buyer may be released from its obligations under the contract after payment of a sum for reasonable
liquidated damages.

WARRANTY
• For our Digital Scales and Vaporiser ranges we offer the following warranties:
• Digital Scales – 3 year warranty on all models
• Vaporiser – 3 month warranty on all models.
• Any faulty goods (scales and vaporisers) must be returned to us in a clean state with no residue present. If the items are not in a clean

state the product will be binned and your claim will be null and void.
DELIVERY
• All orders will be sent same day whenever possible. We dispatch our goods at 3.30pm so would ask you to order before 1pm to ensure

next day delivery. A delivery charge of £10 per parcel will be applicable to all
orders. Force Majeure
• The Company shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control
SERVICES
• We are in a position to be able to source and import products for our customers. To enable us to do this we will need a 50% deposit

prior to confirming the order with our suppliers.
• Office opening times Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. All weekend visits to our warehouse must be booked 2 days in advance.
• Volume buyers welcome. Please call for best deals.
