Evidence of dysmyelopoiesis (Figure 18-2, A-E) may include any or all of the following:
abnormal granulation, abnormal nuclear shapes, persistent basophilic cytoplasm, and/or
uneven cytoplasmic staining and pseudo-Pelger-Hüet cells (see Figure 14-1).
