A tale from my Mother
A banana stem can be used with candle drippings to
make a new candle. Thirty five years ago my brother
went to the temple and collected the candle drippings.
He took them home and when he had melted them he
used a freshly cut banana stem as a mould to make a
new candle. Hardships in life can be powerful drivers
to strive for something new and better.
