I congratulate the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier
Development Council on the celebration of more than 47
years of advancing business opportunities for its certified
Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American business
enterprises.

As Tarrant County Commissioner of Precinct One, it is my
honor and privilege to congratulate D/FW MSDC for
recognizing minority businesses, individuals, corporations and
public sector agencies at the 2020 E Awards Gala.

I have been a longtime supporter of Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council
and am proud of the services they provide to our community. As one of 23 regional councils of
the National Minority Supplier Development Council, this partnership creates a link for
minority-owned businesses to Corporate America. Your continued efforts and support for
minority and small businesses is extremely vital to the excellent quality of life we enjoy as
residents of this region.

We are a community that values the diversity of its citizenry, taking great pains to ensure that
the benefits of our prosperity are open and available to all. Congratulations to the companies
honored this year and to the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council on more
than 47 years of making things happen.
