Finally, some simple, delicious recipes to prepare with our products.






       RAW GASPACHO

       I Ingngredients: 5 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 green
       pepper, 1 small onion, 1 ripe avocado, 2 stalks of
       celery, 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 gloves of
       garlic, half a bunch of parsley, fresh basil and thyme,
       half teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of dried powder
       algae, 4-6 tablespoons of water or nut milk.
       Preparation: chop and blend all ingredients.





      BLACK OLIVE TAPENADE

      Ingredients: 1 cup of drilled black olives, 1 glove of garlic,
      1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
      of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped
      thyme, 2 tablespoons of rosemary.

       Preparation: Put everything into a blender and blend for few
       minutes until smooth. Ready to use as a dip or spread for
       Bredis and Veggie Wraps.





       VEGGIE WRAPS

       4 veggie  wraps red, 1 aubergine, 6 mushrooms, 1 red pepper, ½ avocado, 4 salad leaves, ½ mango,
       2 teaspoons of hemp seeds, few drops of soya souce for each wrap, oil of your choice, Himalayan salt and
       black coarse pepper to taste, 1 clove of garlic, ½ lemon ,1 small red onion.

       Wash mushrooms and chop in slices. Fry until brown, add
       salt and pepper. Cut the aubergine in small slices, sprinkle with
       a pinch of salt, sp
       a pinch of salt, spread them with some oil and garlic and grill
       until brown. Roast hemp seeds on a separate pan.
       Preparation: Take one wrap, spray it with water or spread a
       tomato passata on it and leave for one minute. Put one leave
       of salad on top, then slices of an aubergine, mushrooms,
       chopped onion, red pepper, avocado and mango. Drizzle with
       some lemon juice and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Finally roll it.
