applied on an object to travel 1 m surface area

then it is called 1 Pascal pressure.(1Pa = 1N/1m ).

Pressure is scalar quantity, though it is the

perpendicular force per unit area. In the case of

liquid, the pressure is exerted equally in all

directions, which means that pressure has no

definite direction.
