Common Minimum Programme for the qualitative improvement of the pri-
mary education is getting desired attention by the school administration.
The consolidated report of various activities conducted from April 2019 to
Nov.2019, is as follows:
1. School Readiness Programme: Under this various activities were per-
formed. Children were taken out of the classroom to see the library, office,
CCAroom, computer room etc. To make them familiar with the school
premises. SRP based workbook was prepared by the teachers to prepare
the students for the teaching and learning.
2. “A Welcome Programme” was organised especially for the parents of the
students of class I.
3. The CMP in charge is drawing out the allotted fund regularly, which is be-
ing utilized to prepare TLM. The expenditure towards TLM is verified and
counter verified by the Principal.
4.A Class Library is maintained by the class teachers, film show done
regularly according to the timetable, on time ICT is being used.
5. Under CCA- drawing competitions, Spell Bee, English Calligraphy, Solo
Song and Action Song, Rangoli, slogan writing, Hindi sulekh, Group
dance competitions , Rakhi making, effigy making, group singing compe-
tition on patriotic songs, mehndi and clay art competition, poem recita-
tion, quiz and essay writing competition, fancy dress comp. etc. were be-
ing organised to motivate students learn through activities.
6. Activities:Learning becomes joyful and easier with activities per-
formed in the class. Various activities were performed like making fruit
salad, lime water, Paper folding , Environmental Science Exhibition by

class 5 , models of mathematical concepts etc. were organised.
