CREATING A PATHWAY FOR DIVERSE BUSINESSES TO
SECURE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACTS
Enhancing Minority Business Access (EMBA) is a collaboration between the
Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) and the Chicago Minority
Supplier Development Council (CMSDC), the two premiere certifying
organizations for women and minority business enterprises.
EMBA was created to increase minority business owners' exposure and
awareness to higher-margin private and public sector contracting and
procurement opportunities, leading to generational wealth creation. It
also incorporates business pathways and resources critical to entering
these marketplaces.
