Tujuan Mengkaji tindakan amilase liur dalam pencernaan sampel makanan berkanji.
Aim To study the action of salivary amylase in the digestion of starchy food samples.

Beakers, test tubes, measuring cylinders (5 ml), stopwatch, test tube holders, water bath, thermometers, droppers, glass rod
9 Prosedur 1. Kumur mulut dengan air suling dan kumpul air liur (2 ml) dalam sebuah bikar.
Procedure
Rinse the mouth with distilled water and collect saliva (2 ml) in a beaker.
2. Cairkan air liur dengan 2 ml air suling.
Add 2 ml of distilled water to the saliva.
BAB 3. Sediakan 2 tabung uji berlabel A dan B seperti dalam jadual.
Prepare 2 test tubes labelled A and B as shown in the table.

4. Simpan semua tabung uji tersebut dalam kukus air 37 C selama 10 minit.
Keep the test tubes in water bath at 37 C for 10 minutes.

5. Uji kandungan setiap tabung uji dengan ujian iodin dan ujian Benedict.
Test the contents of each test tube with iodine test and Benedict’s test
6. Catat keputusan ujian.
Record the results.
