Air meresap masuk ke dalam vakuol (struktur Z ) secara osmosis. Vakuol mengembang, menghasilkan 2
tekanan segah dan menolak sitoplasma ke dinding sel. / Water diffuses into vacuole (structure Z) through osmosis.

The vacuole expands and creates turgor pressure, pushes the cytoplasm to the cell wall.

Explain why plant cell P does not burst.
Sel tumbuhan P mempunyai dinding sel berselulosa yang kuat dan kukuh, untuk mengekalkan bentuk sel
dan memberi sokongan mekanikal. / Plant cell P has cellulose cell wall which is strong and tough, to maintain the

shape of the cell and provide mechanical support.
