Objektif aktiviti: Berkomunikasi mengenai kesan bahan pencemar udara terhadap kadar fotosintesis.
Activity objective: Communicate about the effect of air pollutants on the photosynthesis rate.
Pernyataan masalah: Peningkatan kawasan perindustrian dan perumahan telah menyebabkan
pembebasan bahan pencemar udara seperti habuk, debu dan jelaga ke persekitaran. Hal ini menyebabkan
daun-daun tumbuhan diselaputi dengan habuk dan debu. Sejauh manakah kesan ini mempengaruhi
kadar fotosintesis?
Problem statement: Increase of industrial and residential areas have led to the release of air pollutants such as dust and soot into
the environment. This causes the leaves of plants to be covered with dust and soot. How far does this affect the rate of photosynthesis?
Pencarian fakta: Mencari maklumat bagaimana bahan pencemar udara mempengaruhi kadar fotosintesis.
Fact finding: Find information on how air pollutants affect the photosynthesis rate.
Konsep yang diaplikasikan: Menentukan berlakunya fotosintesis atau tidak melalui ujian kanji
Concept applied: Determining whether photosynthesis occur or not through the iodine test
Pelan tindakan: Mengenal pasti bahan dan radas yang diperlukan dengan mengambil kira kos.
Action plan: Identify materials and apparatus required by taking into account the cost.
Penyelesaian: Mengukur kadar fotosintesis di kawasan perindustrian dan di kawasan berhutan.
Solution: Measure the rate of photosynthesis in an industrial area and in a wooded area.
