                 Tips and Techniques
                   For questions 1 to 8 in Section A of the English 1119/1 SPM Paper 2, students are required to answer eight
                   multiple-choice  questions  based on short texts and graphic  materials given. This is to test the students’
                   understanding of what they have read.
                   The stimuli given includes:
                     •  Reports/Extracts/Texts                   •  Graphs/Tables/Charts
                     •  Online websites                          •  Cartoon strips (with and without dialogues)
                     •  Advertisements                           •  Instructions
                     •  Procedures                               •  Notices/signs
                     •  Conversations
                   Guidelines:
