POST-GRADUATE SPECIALIST DIPLOMA
IN IT MANAGEMENT
The aim of this programme is to help students better understand social, economic, organizational
and technological factors that influence the efficiency of the operation of new IT tools. In addition,
the programme also focuses on familiarizing students with IT applications that help improve
different departments of an organisation, such as marketing, finance, accounting, controlling,
logistics, HR management, etc.
THE GRADUATE STUDENT OF THE COURSE WILL BE ABLE TO:
• prepare an IT strategy;
• perform IT management tasks;
• manage processes;
• define IT-related demands;
• select IT-systems that meet those demands;
• and implement them in the different departments of the company;
• lead projects for IT development and services;
• analyse business systems and act as a system advisor.
