The Rapiscan MobileCheck™ Secure DP is a re-locatable
containerized people screening solution. With a vibration and
shock mounted Secure 1000 DP, the most widely deployed image
based people screening solution, this MobileCheck unit is ready for
use at any checkpoint. The Secure 1000 DP provides the highest
quality images enabling superior detection of all concealed threat
and contraband items, both organic (i.e. liquid and solid explosives,
narcotics, ceramic weapons) and inorganic (e.g. metal weapons).
The Secure 1000’s patented technology is composed of an ultra low
dose x-ray source that images backscattered x-rays and provides the
images at a remote operators workstation. Using the MobileCheck
your security screeners will be able to detect concealed objects
without direct contact.

to the exterior dimensions of a standard shipping container and
contains Rapiscan’s patented backdrop, which enhances detection
of threats concealed o the body and within clothing. The
MobileCheck has doors on either side of the container to permit flow
through screening, as well as rear entrance doors to permit complete Applications
and easy servicing of the system without removal from the container.
The MobileCheck container is outfitted with an Uninterruptible Defense
Power Supply (UPS) which protects the system from dirty power Event Security
and provides for graceful shutdown of the system in case of loss of Customs and Border Control
power. The container has a built in ruggedized air conditioning unit
to permit operation in evaluated temperature environments up to
50°C (122°F).
