64. Organizing or engaging in cultural events that are contrary to the
values of Malaysian society.

65. Organizing or participating in cultural events without the permission of
the school, PPD, JPWPP and the Ministry of Education Malaysia.

66. Skipping school continuously (consecutively) for 30 days or
periodically (non-consecutive) for 60 days for 1 year of school
sessions.
67. Interfering with / affecting the authority of the Principal or teacher

performing their duties.
68. Bringing in guests from outside the school grounds

69. Distributing, owning, carrying, painting and displaying pornographic
material
70. Issuing obscene and abusive words

71. Having a suspicious relationship.

72. Other offences categorized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia as
serious offenses.

B) Moderate Offences

11. Committing any minor offense more than 3 times.
12. Misuse / use of school electricity equipment / electrical sources
without permission.

13. Leaving the school grounds without permission.
14. Untrustworthy, cheating, lying and copying during tests /
examinations
