Garland Campus Fast-Track Workforce Programs
Due to the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), the Richland College Garland Campus offers the following fast-track, hands-
on, in-demand training programs. All programs consist of non-credit classes and are
designed to quickly provide the skills you need for a job that pays better than minimum wage.
Assistance with job search and your resume is included in the programs. No cost if you qualify
and transportation assistance is available.

South Dallas Training Center Workforce Programs
Richland College also provides fast-track training programs in South Dallas - Fair Park. Our goal is to quickly train young adults for entry-level
positions with career growth. Programs consist of customized classes taught by industry experts. Grants pay all costs, if you qualify and trans-
portation assistance is available. Grant funding provided by the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA).
• Construction – Carpentry with NCCER Level 1 Certification
• Construction – Masonry with OSHA Certification
• Logistics – Warehouse Distribution with MSSC Certification
• Accounting/Office Administration with Internet Essentials
