                                                                December, 2016. This trip was undertaken under the guidance
           NSS DTU Continues on the Path Of Compassion          of  Mr.  Vijay  Kapoor,  founder  of  Delhi  Astronomy  Club.  He

        winters  of  Delhi.  They  also  conducted  an  online  awareness   Rotaract Stands Up For Society
        campaign to spread the message of a safe and pollution-free
        Diwali. In addition to this, underprivileged children in the vicinity   Rotaract  DTU  conducted  the  Diwali  Mela,  a  gathering where
        of DTU Campus were offered gifts on account of Diwali.   people  came  out  in  large  numbers  to  donate  generously  for
                                                                UNHCR. In October, 2016, Rotaractors spent a day with kids at
                                                                Prayas—a juvenile aid center for boys, in order to make them
                                                                aware of the importance of cleanliness and sanitation. Rotaract
                                                                DTU  was  acknowledged  for  their  outstanding  work  at  Rotary
                                                                Youth Leadership Awards.
                                                                    Jugnu Organizes Daan Utsav, Badhte Kadam

                                                                In  December,  2016,  Jugnu  and  Subhakshika  signed  a  MoU  to
                                                                provide quality education to the children of Amar-Jyoti Colony.
                                                                In  January,  2017,  the  3rd  Daan  Utsav  and  the  project  Badhte
                                                                Kadam were organised with the purpose of enrolling EWS and
                    MACS-DTU Initiates Learning                 socially disadvantaged category children in the private school.

        MACS organized a JavaScript Workshop and a Web Development   Leaders For Tomorrow Conducts ADAR And ADAPT
        session  which  was  headed  by  Mr.  Mohit  Sharma.  Priyanshu
        Verma  bagged  the  first  prize  in  The  Logo  Hunt  Competition             Drives
        organised by the society.
                                                                Leaders  for  Tomorrow  conducted  Anti-Drug  Anti  Ragging
               CSI-DTU Does Its Bit Towards Security            (ADAR)  Signature  Campaign.  The  club  in  association  with
                                                                the  Horticulture  Division  organized  the  ADAPT  drive,  a  tree
                                                                plantation  drive  inside  the  campus,  with  over  200  volunteers
        The  Computer  Society  of  India,  DTU  organized  a  5  Day  Boot   planting more than 50 saplings along the OAT pathway.
        Camp  on  latest  technologies,  which  saw  the  participation  of
        hundreds of students. In collaboration with the CSE Department
        of  DTU,  CSI  recently  conducted  a  seminar  on  Cyber Security,
        which was attended by many eminent personalities.
















                 The Stars Align for Cosmology Club

        The  Cosmology  Club  organized  its  first  educational  trip  to
        Aryabhatta  Research  Institute  of  Observational  Sciences
        (ARIES), Manora Peak, Nainital, focusing mainly on the basics
        of  Practical  Astronomy  (Visual)  and  Astrophotography,  in
