Graphic Design - Brendan Karg, Teacher
The Graphic Design class is structured
as an introduction to art and design
that focuses on design vocabulary and
communication through text and image.
Although digital tools and the Adobe
Creative Suite form the backbone of
this class, a basic toolkit of traditional
skills such as drawing, painting, and
printmaking are also taught in class.
This accessible introduction to visual
art and design is a good fit for students
who are interested in developing digital
presentation skills, interested in the
yearbook or school newspaper programs,
and art students wishing to expand their
range of ability and approach.
