WELCOME

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Palos Verdes Peninsula High School

(PVPHS). Our campus was established in 1991 when three separate high
schools were consolidated into one, and our spirit of inclusivity and
community continues to this day. We serve roughly 2,400 students with
an unparalleled breadth of courses, activities, and programs. Our overriding
goal is to make sure that each and every student has the opportunity to
build their own foundation for a healthy and productive future.

On a personal note, I want to welcome you to a school that helped me
to build my own foundation when I was a student here many years ago.
I experienced firsthand the impact of a great school culture at that time,
Principal and its influence became even more apparent to me as I began my career

I am humbled by all of those who came before me and honored to build
upon PVPHS’s legacy for our current generation of students as they move
                                             towards adulthood.

“Peninsula is the constant feeling of being at home. I know that every
morning when I first step on campus, there will be someone there
to greet me or even just offer the warmest of smiles. From wearing
goofy outfits to expressing myself in my own unique way, I always feel
accepted for who I am by the Panther family.”
