                         Let’s read.


                 Kamini is planning to make cupcakes for her visit to a home for the elderly.
                 Here is the recipe she used.








                                                • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
                                                • Line a muffin tin with paper cups.
                                                • Put the butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat until light and
                         110g butter, softened    fluffy with an electric mixer.

                         110g plain flour       • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl.
                         2 medium eggs          • Beat the eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl. Then,

                         1 teaspoon vanilla     • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.

                         chocolate sprinkles    • Put chocolate sprinkles on the cupcakes.
