Home Component Life Expectancy
Home maintenance is extremely important to protecting
the value of the investment you make in your home, and
prolonging the useful life of the many components that
comprise your home. The following are some reasonable
life expectancy ranges of the more important and costly
components of your home. These ranges assume that the
homeowner is following an advised maintenance schedule.
Roofing
