and Head of Immigration (KI) Engagement
Workshop were held on 27 July 2021 and
28 July 2021 and joined by 65 and 177
participants respectively. The workshops
were also attended by Immigration
Department of Malaysia (JIM) officers,
Pasukan Petugas Khas (PPK), MOHA,

Independent Project Management Team TPB and TPIN Engagement Workshop
(IPM), Independent Verification and
Validation Team (IV&V) as well as NIISe
Contractor.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide
an overview of NIISe Project, as well as the

roles and importance of Change
Ambassadors. The workshop was held to
convey information about Sites
Assessments plans and activities by
Infrastructure Tower. Sites Assessments
activities are executed to gather accurate
and complete data information in order to TPB and TPIN Engagement Workshop
determine the location appropriateness and

the requirement of the equipment to ensure
optimal NIISe operation.

The PPK Team has appointed 16 TPB, 17
TPIN, and 183 KI personnel to provide
support and assistance to Change
Ambassadors and serve as the point of

reference for their respective
states/divisions.
