“Westward Ho” — Players get their first
glimpse of the North Branch of the Hole 10
Chicago River which runs throughout
Glen View’s back nine. Position off the
tee is critical, and most golfers will lay up
short of the river. Longer hitters may elect
to carry the river and leave a wedge into
this par 4. One of the flatter greens on the
golf course will give the players a chance
at a makeable birdie putt.
