WGA Presidents from Exmoor

In 1946, Theodore Butz conceived the
Bag Tag Program, which expanded
Evans Scholars Foundation support
among individual contributors. Jerome
Bowes initiated the Par Club in 1950,
which now includes more than 34,000
members who contribute annually,
including a high percentage of

Bob Alsteen was the first Evans Scholar
alum to serve as president of the WGA.
