Golfers will appreciate the imaginative
new fairway bunker complex on the left,
designed by course architect Andrew
Green. Drives reaching the left rough
beyond the bunkers may be blocked by

a large oak tree 120 yards out. Tall trees
behind the green can disguise easterly
winds that blow off nearby Lake
Michigan. One extra club is often
the right choice.
